These terms govern the booking of stays at Ca' Mea, operated by Na Bela Grana di Ricca Manuel (VAT no. 03655240046), Borgata Saretto 34, 12020 Monterosso Grana (CN), Italy. By making a booking you declare that you have read and accepted them.
Booking and payment
Payment of 100% of the total amount is due at the time of booking. A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful completion of payment, processed through the secure SumUp platform. You will receive a confirmation by email with a summary of your stay and the booking reference.
Cancellation and refund
Cancellation is free of charge with a 100% refund of the amount paid if made up to 7 days before the check-in date. For cancellations made after that deadline (within the last 7 days before arrival), as well as in the event of a no-show or early departure, no refund is provided. Any refunds due are credited to the same payment method used, normally within 3–5 working days.
Check-in and check-out
Check-in is available from 2:30 pm; check-out must take place by 11:00 am on the day of departure. Different times may be arranged in advance, subject to availability.
Adults-only property
Ca' Mea is an adults-only property: accommodation of guests under 18 years of age is not permitted.
Pets
For the comfort of all guests, pets are not permitted within the property.
Breakfast and services
Breakfast is included in the room rate for the entire duration of your stay. The Municipality of Monterosso Grana does not apply any tourist tax: the price shown at the time of booking is complete and includes no additional amounts to be settled on site.
Gift vouchers
Vouchers purchased on this website are valid for 10 months from the date of issue. The voucher is registered to a named holder, transferable to third parties and is not refundable in cash.
Right of withdrawal
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1, letter n) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal provided for online purchases does not apply to accommodation contracts for a specific date or period of performance. Accordingly, stay bookings are governed exclusively by the cancellation policy set out above.
Liability and applicable law
Guests are required to make proper use of the spaces and to comply with the property's rules. These terms are governed by Italian law; for any dispute the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where mandatorily provided for by applicable legislation.
