How it works

Limited opening (Friday to Monday, afternoons only) and by reservation only, adults only. Write to us to check availability.

You can reach us by email or phone from Thursday to Monday, 10.00—12.30 / 14.30—19.30.

Six stations, one breath.

A single wellness journey to take slowly: from the warmth of the sauna to the awakening of the cold cascade. Reserved for guests, by reservation.

Infusions, fruit, cushions.

The Finnish sauna will warm you, while the hot tub and steam bath regenerate body and mind. On the terrace, a wood-heated barrel offers absolute relaxation under the sky.

On the wooden mezzanines, our herbal tea bar delights the palate with infusions, fresh fruit and flavoured waters; swings and large cushions wait to wrap you in warmth.

For a unique sensory awakening, let yourself be invigorated by a cold-water cascade at 8° and 6°C.

Essenze della Valle Verde

Four themed massages, 30–40 min, from €40. We pick the one that best suits the moment.

Danza dei sensi

A relaxing foot bath and foot massage with lavender and rosemary oils, for whole-body well-being.

L'India in Val Grana

Indian massage on nape, neck and face with thyme: ideal for the neck, great against colds and sinusitis.

Sollievo

Deep-tissue work on back or legs with pure hyssop extract, to release tension.

Scaccia pensieri

A gentle back treat with lavender oil and soothing strokes, toward absolute relaxation.
